REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Continental USA only

30-day window: product must be returned within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

The product must be unused or damaged.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

An RMA must be obtained by emailing: returns@plastermagic.com.  Please provide your name and order number.

Once an RMA is obtained, please write the number on the original pack list and place it in the product package to be returned.

Within the 30-day policy: When the UNUSED product is returned and reviewed, credit will be issued minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.  

Hawaii, Alaska and INTERNATIONAL

No returns will be accepted from Hawaii, Alaska or INTERNATIONAL.
