Methods and Carriers: UPS Ground. Expediated shipping is not available.
Shipping costs: FREE SHIPPING unless exceptions or International (see below)
Processing time: Approximately 1 to 3 days after order is placed-exceptions are weekends or holidays-this will extend the processing time.
Delivery time: Based on UPS Ground (3 -7 business days)
Shipping locations: Domestic shipping with exceptions – please see miscellaneous and International below
Order Tracking: UPS will provide a tracking number via customer provided email
Delays and Issues: Once the product leaves our facilities we are not responsible for delays. For issues/damages, please contact us at info@plastermagic.com or (802) 254-1330 leaving a detailed message.

Shipping Availability: We offer international shipping to these countries: Australia, Germany and Great Britain. Please email us at info@plastermagic.com for more information.
Shipping costs: Please email us at info@plastermagic.com with your name, shipping address, and product. Shipping costs will be calculated and sent.
Delivery times: Standard shipping: 7-21 business days (estimated)
Customs, Duties & Taxes: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees levied by your country’s customs department. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your international order has not arrived in 30 days, please contact us at: info@plastermagic.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide options for a replacement or refund where applicable.
