All returns will be quarantined for no less than 2 weeks. When released from quarantine, the product will be reviewed for completeness and damages. Only then will a credit be issued for qualified items. Credit will consist of product price MINUS shipping and a restocking fee of 15% or 30% if over the 30 day return limit (not including the quarantine).
The majority of our orders will ship UPS Ground. We will use USPS priority mail when necessary.
We typically ship within 3 business days from receipt of your order. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes (please provide a street address). Please plan your project accordingly—it takes 5-7 business days for a shipment to reach the west coast from our east coast warehouse.
We ship to Canada, but please note – handling charges, duties and taxes, etc. at the receiver’s end are not included in the cost of your order. Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders cancelled before shipping will receive a 100% refund.
Returns and Refunds:
You may return an unopened Plaster Magic® kit within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund minus shipping and a restocking fee of 15%. Ship to: BWA, Inc., 18 Highlawn Road, Brattleboro, VT 05301. Any returns OVER 30 days will incur a 30% restocking fee.
If you are returning a partial order of Plaster Magic® we will credit you the price you paid for each component minus shipping and a restocking fee of 30%. Ship to: BWA, Inc., 18 Highlawn Road, Brattleboro, VT 05301.
If you are not completely satisfied with Plaster Magic® you may return all the used and unused containers of material within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. Please provide your reason for dissatisfaction in order for us to understand the issue. Ship used and unused material to: BWA, Inc., 18 Highlawn Road, Brattleboro, VT 05301. Your refund will be processed once we have received your return. We will then refund you the cost of the material minus shipping and restocking fees.
Please email us at email@example.com to tell us in advance of your return to receive a RMA (return material authorization). Our return email will serve as the RMA. Be sure to include a copy with your return.
Damaged and defective items will be replaced at no charge to the buyer; please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (802-254-1330, 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday) and leave a voice mail, we will return your call within 24 hours of our receipt.
